Subscription products lose revenue when churn is noticed too late. I trained a Random Forest on plan and spend behavior, then built a monitoring view for churn rate, high-risk customers, and plan-level patterns.

About

Product data science, with a quality-engineering backbone.

I’m Sajan Singh Shergill, a Product Data Scientist focused on ads and growth measurement. I care about incrementality and lift — whether a campaign or product change actually moved the number, not whether a dashboard looked busy.

I’m completing a Master’s in Data Science at Pace University (GPA 3.6). Before that I spent more than three years in software quality assurance across fintech and edtech. That habit — test the claim, trace the failure, write it down — is now how I approach analytics and experiments.

Recent project work includes churn modeling, marketing and operations dashboards, and advertising measurement systems. I like ambiguous questions, cross-functional teams, and analyses that a PM can use on Monday.
